“I picked up my DiamondGrid™ order last week and I want to comment that compared with another similar product I have used, DiamondGrid™ is miles ahead. They are sturdy and even when I stamped really hard a number of times on the edge of the grid at an angle, it didn't break. The other brand just shattered.”

“The DiamondGrid™ mats required no tools to assemble which resulted in less effort and labor. They were easy to put into place with minimal ground prep. They provide a smoother trail over unimproved terrain and allow rain to pass through preventing puddles.”

“I’ve just been up on top of the track to check out how the rejuvenated sections are holding up to the heavy rain we’ve been getting and, to see how the gravel is settling into the grids. Plus, assess what we need for the next stage.

Your DiamondGrid™ is performing faultlessly! It’s brilliant.

I’ve been singing its praises to anyone who’ll listen. The users haven’t had a single negative thing to say about it (which is quite frankly, remarkable).”

Rural Applications

“Trough pads have always been an expensive and timely exercise and we have been looking around for a cost-effective and simple solution for some time. We ordered some pallets of DiamondGrid™, cleared the trough pads, put down a gravel base, and filled the grids with gravel. DiamondGrid™ is an easy solution and they saved us over $300 per trough compared to cementing the pads. If we ever need to move a trough, we can pull the grids up and move them to the next site. We plan on installing the grids in gateways and can see the potential for using them in cattle yards that are prone to mud.”

“After some very heavy rain a week or so ago, the laneways and corals were muddy quagmires – but the surface with the DiamondGrid™ remains solid and firm as ever, one year after the install. The surface has 50 to 80 head of cattle traipsing over it to access a molasses and minerals feed trough every day for two weeks out of four all year round. The untreated coral 70 meters away with similar traffic on it is incomparable.”

Civil Construction and Mining Applications

“We have used DiamondGrid™ in a couple of situations on the north coast railway line such as to construct steps for access to our rail bridges, we have always had problems with how we do this in a safe and cost-effective manner and DiamondGrid™ works well for this application. The help and after-sales service have been incredible, as some of the companies that we deal with just drop you after they have sold you the product, fortunately, this is not the case with DiamondGrid™. I would recommend this product to anyone who has any issues with access roads or unstable areas to fix.”

“After initially purchasing DiamondGrid™ to solve a problem with a single muddy pathway, we have since kept DiamondGrid™ in our stores to deal with any paths or road way issues that arise. DiamondGrid™ has become a critical part of all our infrastructure projects.”

DiamondGrid™ has been installed between some of our offices at the CHPP. The finished surface result was excellent and was very easy to install. We will certainly be ordering some more as required.”
